About Brunel

At Brunel the training programmes are conducted by myself along with a few trusted associates. I enjoy working with people in all areas of Personal Development so that individuals can make changes if they really want to.
In the media currently all we hear is about how bad everything is, people losing jobs etc.
I firmly believe that keeping ahead of the game is the best policy - Improving current skills within the job you have, such as building rapport, influencing others as well as being good at what you do. A number of factors come into play when companies decide who to keep and who to let go. If your relationhips with others is healthy you have a better chance. These are some of the things that are not spoken about but can be very powerful. Look around, what sort of people are you influenced by? are they more assertive? maybe good listeners....................
Or you may choose to add to your current skills maybe become a great trainer or coach, perhaps start your own business. You can do this at any age some people take early retirement then start a small business that generates interest and income.
Again we always hear about how many businesses fail but what about those that are successful. Your business doesn't have to grow into a massive operation just enough to earn what you want to earn.
Learning new skills in particular people skills is an investment in yourself what better place to put it.
Best of luck
David
